«Vyazma» at the exhibition in the Olympic sport center

The 15th Anniversary International Exhibition «ExpoClean-Dry Cleaning and Laundry» was held in Moscow on November 13 -15, 2013, in the Olympic Sports Complex.

The project brings together all participants of the Russian cleaning industry market every year and it is the main meeting place for consumers and suppliers of professional laundry and dry cleaning industry, presenting new equipment and technologies, as well as providing an opportunity to exchange experience and establish business contacts.

Prestige of exhibitions in cleaning industry has been recognized for many years not only by regular participants and visitors of the exhibition, but also by professionals of the exhibition business — the event was awarded the «UFI Approved Event» symbol, indicating its high quality and acknowledging that organization and promotion of the exhibition is carried out by the professional team.

The 2013 exhibition pleased visitors with a significant number of new participants and brands, as well as an abundance of new products and services presented by 180 exhibitors from 16 countries: Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, China, Lithuania, Poland, the Republic of Belarus, Russia, the United States, Turkey, France, Switzerland, and Japan.

«Vyazma machine -building plant» took a rightful position among all variety of the exhibition. Modern and stylish booth of «Vyazma» was one of the best among the participants of the exhibition. It was fast to become the object of interest for the visitors, interested in industrial laundry equipment. Each visitor to the booth received expert assistance of the plant specialists and could get acquainted not only with the equipment presented, but with the entire model range produced by means of the colorful catalogs and booklets. The plant really has something to demonstrate. These are not only popular and time-tested machines, but also new models designed to meet the most diverse needs of our customers.

Well-proven and steady demand models of washing machines of «Vyazma» brand - LO-7, VO-8, VO-25, VO-30 and VO-60 with new dispensers of liquid detergents were presented at the exhibition. VO-30 and VO-60 models have an improved anti-vibration system, increasing products reliability.

The washer-extractors were presented by a «barrier» type LB-30 machine with a 30 kg load with a new controller, enhanced suspension and extra protection against internal doors opening. LB-40 has an enhanced suspension as well.

There were some new products for sure. The model range was replenished in the drying machines family this time. We brought to the exhibition for the first time one of our latest developments - the VS-50P drying machine with 50 kg load and steam heating. This model has a residual humidity sensor and a new purge system.

VG-1630 ironing roller with a modified chrome tray, demonstrated in operation, deserves special attention. Thanks to the new design, the tray has a rigid warp-free surface and even heat distribution along the entire length. This brought the quality of ironing to a new level, and the visitors of the booth, observing the roller in operation, made sure of it.

«I would take such thing home, just a smaller one», one of the visitors to our booth joked, watching wet and crumpled linen turning into dry and perfectly smoothed one, as if just bought from the store counter.

There is a reason for her to say that. There was no negative feedback for VG-1630 roller during the three exhibition days. This demonstrated the strength of Vyazma machine-building plant once again.

Visitors could see new ancillary equipment at the booth of our plant: a heavy-duty stainless steel table, as well as a rack, convenient and must-have in any laundry, designed for accumulation and storage of clothes suspended, designed with four wheels for easy movement indoors.

Maintenance service is worth mentioning apart. All of us are used to servicing our personal cars in specialized centers, and same is no less important for professional laundry equipment, because it is exactly professional service that smooth operation and high quality of the laundry production process depend on. The plant has experienced employees, always ready to come for assistance on a new «Vyazma» branded car from now on.

There was a dealer meeting on the last day of the exhibition. Antonov Alexander Nikolaevich, the General Director of the plant, said the welcoming remarks in the cozy hall of «Kino» restaurant, talking about changes in the marketing and technical policy of the enterprise, outlining a new focus on high quality products due to high-quality materials and components used in the finished products. Alexander Nikolaevich emphasized that dealers should pay more attention to maintenance of «Vyazma» brand equipment, but not just sell it, since the overall impression of the equipment performance and «Vyazma» brand in general is based on the quality of client provision with the entire range of services.

M.V. Silantieva, Deputy General Director for marketing and sales, reported on the «Sales policy» And set out the main aspects of joint cooperation: these are sales increase, joint teamwork, aimed at overall performance. Andrey Nikolaevich Makarov, Chief designer of the plant, spoke about advanced developments in 2014.

Viktor Alekseevich Golubev, Deputy director for quality and service, spoke about the need to create regional warehouses of spares for off-line equipment repair and decrease of its down time. In addition, conditions for issuing service certificates for «Vyazma» equipment will change from 2014. Certificates will be issued for the company with the full name of the trained specialist. Thus, certificates will be registered, and the company will no longer be able to address an untrained person to service «Vyazma» equipment. More over, Viktor Alekseevich said that service contracts will not be extended for the next year to companies without report on performed works submitted, which is necessary for the plant to make true reliability analyses of components and machines in general.

In response, dealers supported the plant policy, and organized impromptu round tables later on among themselves to discuss issues of joint fruitful activities in a single field of Russia. Business dinner was a positive round up of the meeting. Rough edges sanded off, acute problems solved. The exhibition and the meeting gave an added boost of confidence in true focus on creation and development and assured that a joint «plant-dealers» team will dominate in sales of equipment for laundries and dry cleaners.
