«Vyazma» equipment was exhibited at four international exhibitions this fall!

PIR-HOTEL, MOSCOW

The VIII International Exhibition PIR-HOTEL was held in Moscow in early October. More than 100 companies from Russia, China, Turkey, Italy, Great Britain and other countries took part in it.

 

Vyazma machine-building plant presented a creative stand on the order of a mini-laundry as part of the exhibition. The demonstrated product range included the LO-7 washer-extractor with high-speed final spinning and a variable-frequency drive, the VSSK-10 washing and drying set and the VS-13x2 double drying machine, custom- designed to ensure laundry cleanliness in tight spaces, the VG-1218 ironing roller, as well as the VSHO-1000C ozonizing cabinet.

Additionally, the plant demonstrated for the first time possible equipment control with the MSU-500 touch controller, installed on all automatic washing machines in a painted version since this year.

The original design solution of «Vyazma» booth aroused much interest among the guests of the exhibition. The visitors encounted hostel and hotel managers, looking for an alternative to imported equipment and interested in «Vyazma» equipment procurement for reconstruction of the hotel laundries networks, as well as suppliers of equipment for cafes, bars and restaurants.

Compact models of equipment for mini-laundries and their price affordability met the eye of the customers, using outsourced laundry services. In consultation with the plant specialists, many of them noted that it is more profitable to purchase «Vyazma» equipment at an attractive price than to pay more for washing to third-party organizations. Visitors were particularly interested in the VSSK-10 dual washer-extractor, produced in industrial design only. This design solution ensures high performance and long service life. 

Customers, having long-term cooperation experience with Vyazma machine-building plant, stated that «Vyazma» equipment improves its reliability every year. According to them, the machines are easy to operate, multifunctional and are as good as the reputed imported analogues. Positive feedbacks are an indicator of excellent performance of the plant, which gets with the times, redesigning the existing model range and offering the latest equipment at a favorable price to the consumer timely.  

 

CLEAN EXPO, MOSCOW

From October 29 to 31, Moscow hosted Clean Expo, the XXI International Exhibition of equipment for professional cleaning, sanitation, hygiene, dry cleaning and laundry. The participants included more than 150 companies from 15 countries.

This year, the booth of the plant was located right at the entrance and immediately drew attention of visitors to the exhibition with its bright design and large-sized models of equipment, including many new products.

Among them one could see a washer-extractor with a 100 kg load for washing and spinning dirt-resistant rubber pile carpets with a tilted drum: the drum is tilted back when loading, so that it its more convenient to load the carpets to the machine; the drum tilts forward after spinning, making unloading of heavy wet carpets easier. At the same time, the machine is characterized by a reinforced structure and a system for better dirt and sand removal. «Vyazma» demonstrated at the booth a 75 kg load drying machine for drying dirt-resistant rubber pile carpets, with the drum unit design reinforced with special supporting rollers.

Since this year, Vyazma machine - building plant has launched its in-house production of a full range of dry cleaning machines with a load of 8, 12, 16, 22 and 30 kg, the largest of which was presented at «Vyazma» booth. The product range includes an ironing table LGS-156, equipped with controlled heating of the ironing surface up to 90 ⁰C, vacuum steam removal, thermal protection against overheating of the table surface and a home-maid steam generator. The new development of Vyazma machine-building plant, the carousel type ironing press VR-150demonstrated in operation, was of particular interest, which key features are reduced power consumption, accelerated heating to operating temperature and high productivity. KB-200 laundry storage container, perfect for aesthetically pleasing storage of laundry in the laundry room, was among the new «Vyazma» products.

Most of «Vyazma» booth visitors at Clean Expo are people working in the laundry services market for a long time. They were interested in technical specifications of the equipment, as well as the further operational and maintenance features. Thanks to the jointed activities of the plant commercial and technical specialists at the booth, each client got valuable advice and answers to all questions concerning «Vyazma» equipment. The plant products gained attention of the representatives of cleaning companies, dry cleaners, laundries, as well as specialists of the hotel and restaurant procurement departments in Russia and the neighboring countries.

There was a round table held with the official dealers of the plant as part of the exhibition, during which colleagues discussed the model range changes. Special attention was paid to the new products of «Vyazma» equipment, presented by the plant at the exhibition booth: dealers got information about their features, useful functions and properties.

The traditional meeting of this format allowed to sum up the dealer network results for 10 months of 2019, as well as to discuss the sales policy for 2020, with special attention paid to current issues solving, emerging in the course of cooperation..

CLEAN EXPO KAZAKHSTAN, ALMATY

The International Exhibition «Cleaners and detergents, dry cleaning and laundry machines, cleaning equipment» was held on November 6-8 in Almaty. The official dealer of Vyazma machine-building plant in the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in it.

During the exhibition, «Asia-Vyazma» company presented the mini-laundries equipment at the booth: a professional dual washing and drying machine VSSK-10 and a washer-extractor with advanced spinning V-10, and also demonstrated the VK-1424 ironing calender with an ironing width of 1400 mm in operation.

The official dealer of the plant has been participating in this exhibition campaign for 18 years, where he introduces visitors to the latest innovations in dry cleaning and laundry industry, as well as demonstrates modern and innovative equipment. Following the results of the 2019 exhibition, «Asia-Vyazma» company was the award winner «For long-term support and fruitful cooperation». 

 

EXPO-RUSSIA VIETNAM, HANOI

It was the first time this year that Vyazma machine-building plant took part in the industrial exhibition EXPO-RUSSIA VIETNAM, held on November 14 - 16 in Hanoi.

Two models of equipment were presented at the booth: a washer-extractor VO-20 with stainless steel facings and a high-performance drying machine VS-10.

During the preparation for the Hanoi exhibition, the plant specialists identified and held preliminary negotiations with several Vietnamese companies, supplying laundry equipment. Meetings were organized following the negotiations. In the course of the exhibition, the plant employees visited showrooms and offices of several companies, which in turn have branches in Middle and South Vietnam, as well as talked with the representatives of other Vietnamese companies at the booth. All of them expressed concern of «Vyazma» equipment and readiness for further cooperation with the plant.

 

A.S. Tsib, the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, K. V. Vnukov, the ambassador of Russia to Vietnam, and other officials visited the booth of the plant. 

It is worth noting that Vietnam is one of the key partners of Russia, and relations between the two countries are traditionally friendly. Cooperation with companies, delivering equipment in the Vietnamese laundry services market is a promising area of work for the plant. 

Autumn exhibition campaign was very fruitful in general. It contributed to establishment of new business contacts and, along with the exhibition in Tashkent, strengthened our position in Asia, the largest part of the world, and defined the prospects for entering new markets.

Upon autumn exhibitions, the best employees of the plant were awarded a tourist trip to Halong Bay, a unique wonder of the world, listed in UNESCO World Heritage List, for their fruitful work. The two-day cruise took place on the five-star Starlight liner, offering comfortable rooms with hot tubs, 3-times meals in Vietnamese restaurants, karaoke and free Tai chi lessons.

«We left Hanoi at 8: 30 in the morning, stopping at a pearl factory on the way, where they told us about the stages of this precious stone growing. In natural conditions, it takes decades for the pearl to form from a tiny sand grain. No one will wait for years on industrial scale! A bead of pressed mineral material is placed in the shell here, after which the clam is put into the water, where it builds up the mother-of-pearl for several months. The pearl develops in 30% of shells only, the remaining 70% die. Natural pearl jewelry cost from hundreds of dollars for 1 stone and 10 000 dollars or more for a whole necklace.

We boarded the ship and received the keys to the cabins exactly at noon. Having examined the spacious rooms with large windows, allowing to enjoy the panorama of the provinces of Vietnam, we went for lunch in one of the restaurants. They served soup as a first course that was much thicker than the one we are used to in Russia, but quite filling and delicious. The second course includes seafood, fresh fruit and a few traditional local snacks.

 

 

After lunch, we went to the floating village by boat. One of our colleagues even tried to row on his own, and our oarsman was happy about that.

The population of the bay is more than 1600 people. Besides, they live non on the islands, but in self-made floating bamboo houses.

 

The way of life here is simple: there is a bed and basic amenities in the dwelling usually, some residents have a TV, generator- powered. Each village has shops, banks, schools, kindergartens and even hospitals, located directly on water. But most of these institutions are not popular nowadays: women and children moved to the mainland, and there are only men in villages, fishing in the South China Sea. Unusual types of fish and seafood enjoy great popularity with tourists, ensuring the principal earning of local fishermen.

The bay was shrouded in fog in the late afternoon, which maid the incredible landscape of Halong mysterious to some extent. We admired the beauty of the bay all this time, keeping hold of the camera.

 

 

It has to be said that the weather in Vietnam is unpredictable. The sun came out again in the evening, and we met a surprisingly beautiful sunset on deck of the ship. The end of the evening was a master class on cooking rolls with the chef of one of the restaurants, after which everyone went to relax after a busy day: some people sang karaoke, others fished in the sea and shared impressions with each other.

 

 

We went to a picturesque island with a sandy beach early in the morning, immediately after breakfast. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to swim: according to the Vietnamese, water is cold this time of the year (temperature +22 0C), although it is much warmer here in November than in the central part of Russia in July. They showed us one of the caves of Halong here, on the island, which strikes with abundant stalactites of the most bizarre shapes. It should be mentioned that the bay is famous for its rocky islands with numerous canyons and grottos – such unusual landscapes have repeatedly attracted attention of famous film directors. The bay is famous for «Indochina» movie with Catherine Deneuve and «Tomorrow Never Dies» with Pierce Brosnan.

After the tour, we returned to the ship and went up to the deck, which had all conditions for contemplating the bay surroundings.

 

 

The weather turned out to be sunny that day, and we were able to enjoy the picturesque views of Halong on the way back to the capital of Vietnam.

The bay has about three thousand islands in total, with the age of 250 million years! It is no surprise that many legends are related with Halong. Its name translates as «where the dragon descended into the sea». It is believed that the bay was formed many years ago after a huge dragon fell into the water. When it reached the bottom, the water level rose, and it flooded Halong, leaving just the rocky peaks and islands. Many local sailors still talk about the mysterious sea monster, and the most adventurous Vietnamese offer trusting tourists to put to sea on a junk (sailing ship) and hunt the mythical «tarasque». We arrived in Hanoi at 16:00 sharp, and this was the end of our unforgettable journey through the province of Vietnam».

 

 

A rich cruise to Halong Bay brought a bunch of impressions to our specialists and a portion of positive energy for further efficient work.

 

Annual participation of the plant in major international exhibitions evidences once again that «Vyazma» continues to be the leader nowadays in terms of customer preferences, production volume and sales of laundry equipment in Russia and the CIS countries.
