«Vyazma» at exhibitions in Moscow 2015
International exhibition «pir. Hotel» october 5-8, october 2015.
Moscow exhibition complex «Crocus Expo» hosted the regular exhibition «HOTEL EXPO» On October 5-8. It occupied three pavilions of the complex, but it was obvious that the exposition area reduced considerably compared to the previous series. Actually, this was expected in the current conditions, but as for the rest, there were a lot of visitors and the same amount of interesting events as usual.
«Vyazma machine-building plant» took part in the series of «Pir. Hotel» exhibitions for the first time this year.

«Vyazma» was presented at the exhibition with a completely new booth design and a set of equipment that would fit a hotel of any class and any category of star-rating. The booth presented a narrow compact dry cleaning machine with a 12 kg load, VO-30 washer-extractor of «Vega» series for 30 kg loading with a paired drying drum VS-30, as well as a new drying and ironing calender VK-2050 with a working surface width of 2 m, exhibited for the first time. Thus, «Pir. Hotel» exhibition turned to be a perfect run-through for the main event of the year – the specialized exhibition CleanExpo Moscow-2015.
In general, «Pir. Hotel» exhibition met the major target - it evidenced that the hotel and restaurant business in Russia is alive despite everything, as are the manufacturers of the relevant equipment and services.
INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION «CLEANEXPO MOSCOW 2015» OCTOBER 20-22, 2015.
The booth of Vyazma machine-building plant presented most of the new products at the international specialized exhibition CleanExpo Moscow-2015.
As A. N. Antonov, General Director of «VMZ» JSC announced in summer, new machines in the model range of equipment for carpet processing were presented at the exhibition complex «Crocus Expo». At the previous Moscow exhibition of the 2014 model, «Vyazma» presented VCK-2440, the first Russian carpet spinning centrifuge for spinning of carpets up to 2.4 m wide. The new model, VCK-3540 carpet spinning centrifuge, allows spinning carpets up to 3.5 m wide and up to 6 m long. Like its predecessor, the machine has dismountable wheels, so that it can be easily moved from place to place and into any doorways. It is not fixed to the floor, has a minimal noise and vibration, and able to rinse the carpet when spinning. VCK product family will be supplemented with a machine with a length of 4.2 m to extract carpets of all standard sizes.

«Vega» VK – 2450 ironing calender is another novelty, which was also announced in the previous issue. VK calenders are more advanced than their LK predecessors, feature a higher quality of ironing, equipped with Nomex ironing tapes with stainless steel locks and a chrome-plated ironing cylinder. Shaft diameter of the new VK calenders is 514 mm, and the ironing speed is up to 8 m/min. Two models are currently available in this series -VK-2050 with a working surface width of 2 m and VK-2450 machine (2.4 m), with the productivity of up to 95 kg of laundry per hour.
The next novelty is VO-80 80 kg load washer-extractor, which appeared to eliminate the gap between 60 and 100 kg in the VO series of sprung washing machines (in addition, machines with a load of 15, 20, 30 and 40 kg are produced). As the other machines in the series, VO-80 is made of stainless steel, has a high-speed spin and a smoothly adjustable drum drive, it is compact and elegant, occupying less than 3 m2 of floor space.

Apart of the main and finishing equipment, «Vyazma» produces a wide range of auxiliary equipment – tables, racks and trolleys for laundry, mobile hangers, as well as compressors and packers. USSB-2.63 packaging table was presented at the CleanExpo Moscow exhibition, used for thermal sealing of laundry in plastic film bags. The sealing time is adjustable for different film thicknesses; sealing is activated automatically with the clamping frame down and held. At the end of sealing, the bag with clothes is cut off from the roll automatically.

At the initiative of a number of dealers, Vyazma machine-building plant organized a field trip to the plant and a round table between dealers and plant management at the end of the exhibition «CleanExpo». Alexander Nikolaevich Antonov, the General Director, conducted a tour of the plant production workshops, where he spoke in detail about the manufacturing process of laundry equipment, purpose of modern machines used in the manufacture of components included in finished products. Visitors inspected the site of the new ironing machine shop under construction.
Our partners were able to observe the entire production process from cutting and processing of metal to packaging of finished products, as well as ask their questions to workers, i. e. directly to people, engaged in laundry equipment manufacture. The tour ended at the laundry, where experimental Vyazma machines not only undergo trials, but have been operating well for more than 8 years.
A round table was held in the conference hall of the plant after lunch, where the General Director of «VMZ» JSC delivered welcoming remarks. Reports were done by M.V. Silantiev, Commercial Director, on «Survival policy in competition».

A. N. Makarov, Chief Designer, told the audience about the new existing products developed in 2015, and those planned for the next year only. At the end of the presentations, the participants shared their impressions, as well as their experience in sales and promotion of Vyazma brand equipment in Russia. There was also a discussion of problems due to fulfillment of obligations to the final buyer, and ways to solve them.
Summing up the results of the meeting, it is safe to say that all the participants reached common ground: to solve emerging problems through joint efforts, maintain contacts and communicate more with each other and with the plant to ensure more flexible response in complex conditions of the current economic environment.

2016 is not going to be an easy year, but we are optimistic about the future. Complete range of equipment for laundries and dry cleaners, delivered from one source and a reasonable price justify the customer expectations. «Vyazma» is stable in the market and every consumer knows that they can «Be safe with us!».
